We are looking for a talented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing company events, client meetings, and property launches while ensuring a professional image for the organization.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
🎯 Plan and manage corporate events, property exhibitions, and promotional activities
📑 Coordinate logistics, vendors, budgets, and schedules
🤝 Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
📝 Prepare event proposals, timelines, and post-event reports
🏗️ Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns related to real estate projects
📸 Ensure events reflect the company’s professional image and branding

👩‍💼 Requirements:
✅ Females only
✅ Arabs only
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or related field
✅ Previous experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role (real estate or corporate events preferred)
✅ Excellent organizational & multitasking skills
✅ Strong communication skills – Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written)
✅ Creative mindset with attention to detail
✅ Visa 18 (Ahli) – mandatory
✅ Immediate joining
