Description

Responsibilities

Follow daily service calls for HVAC issues and coordinate with AC technicians to respond to repair calls efficiently.

Assure each repairing job been done & completed as per Amlak quality standard.

Carries out preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment and systems.

Responds to emergency situations when required.

Carries out routine checks and logs for the status of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment.

Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment.

Assists in verification of Air Conditioning spares purchased/supplied.

Ensure Air Conditioning system has best performance at all times.

Trouble-shoot Air Conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Refrigeration & Air Conditioning equipment.

Manage the safety of the Air Conditioning Plant rooms and workshops.

Make minor & major installation decisions

Perform regular cleaning of the equipment.

Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended and type of work performed.

Collect data for reports.

Education:

A high school Diploma in HVAC systems or relevant field.

Experience:

Proven experience in HVAC system with a minimum 15 years of experience, out of which 5+ in leadership role or Supervisory position.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Mature, energetic and quick-witted.

Ability to work independently.

Computer skills in MS word and excel is an advantage.

Very good communication skills in English language.

- Must be holding a valid Kuwaiti driving licence

- Must have a transferable Visa 18
