Hi All,

We need urgent one operator, Lathe Machine for our factory (Recafco) located in Mina Abdullah.

Below are the Jobe Description:-

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor lathe machines to perform turning, facing, threading, drilling, boring, and other machining operations.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements for producing required parts.

Fabricate, modify, and repair steel molds and inserts used in precast concrete manufacturing.

Ensure precision machining of components within tolerance levels and required dimensions.

Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on the material and specifications.

Inspect finished products using measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to ensure accuracy.

Perform routine machine maintenance and report any malfunctions to supervisors.

Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during machine operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine shop area.

Collaborate with mold fabrication, maintenance, and production teams to support smooth precast operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Machining or equivalent.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator, preferably in the precast, steel fabrication, or heavy industry sector.

Proficient in operating manual/conventional lathe machines (CNC knowledge is an advantage).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Strong knowledge of machining tools, cutting speeds, feeds, and materials.

Familiarity with safety practices in machine operation.
