Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer (Wood) familiar with working on ELECNC 2040 machines to join our furniture manufacturing factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines used for wood and furniture production, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
o Program, set up, and operate CNC machines for wood and furniture components
o Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists
o Develop CNC programs using appropriate software (e.g. AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, AlphaCAM, or similar)
o Select appropriate tools, bits, and materials for each job
o Optimize programs to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and maintain quality
o Conduct trial runs and adjust programs as needed
o Ensure final products meet design specifications and quality standards
o Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
o Coordinate with production, carpentry, and finishing teams
o Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements
o Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in wood / furniture manufacturing
o Strong knowledge of wood materials, MDF, plywood, veneer, solid wood
o Experience with CNC routers for furniture production
o Ability to read and understand technical and shop drawings
