Description

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator with a strong background in textile and digital printing production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating and maintaining various printing machines and be able to produce high-quality work efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor Textile Printing, Sublimation, Direct Printing, Backdrop, Sticker, UV, and DTF machines.
Set up machines, adjust printing parameters, and ensure proper color, quality, and alignment.
Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Check printed materials for quality, color accuracy, registration, and finishing.
Prepare materials and files for production according to job requirements.
Maintain production schedules and meet deadlines.
Follow workplace safety and quality-control procedures.
Minimize material waste and ensure efficient machine operation.
Coordinate with the design and production teams when required.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience as a Machine Operator in the printing industry.
Strong experience in Textile, Sublimation, Direct Printing, Backdrops, Stickers, UV Printing, and DTF Printing.
Good understanding of printing processes, materials, inks, and color management.
Ability to identify and resolve common printing and machine issues.
Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
Previous experience in a commercial printing or signage environment is preferred.

Experience: Candidates with a strong and proven printing-machine background will be preferred.
