• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data related to real estate projects 🏘️
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance indicators for management 📈

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across systems ✅
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams to provide data-driven solutions 🤝

🎯 Requirements:
• Arab nationality 🌍
• 5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst (real estate sector experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools, Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms 💻
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English 🗣️
• Strong business and financial acumen 📊
• Valid Visa 18 – Ahli (transferable) 🛂
• Immediate availability ⏳
