We are seeking a commercially driven *Financial Analyst – Commercial* to support financial planning, sales performance analysis, profitability monitoring, and commercial decision-making within the FMCG/distribution sector.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

*🔹 Key Responsibilities:*
• Analyze sales performance by brand, product, customer, category, and distribution channel.
• Monitor revenue trends, pricing, sales volumes, and product mix.
• Conduct gross margin, profitability, and contribution margin analysis.
• Evaluate the financial impact of promotions, discounts, rebates, and commercial agreements.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and commercial performance dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning activities.
• Analyze customer and product profitability and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and pricing analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support commercial decisions.

*🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:*
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• *2–5 years of relevant experience* in commercial finance, financial analysis, FP&A, or management reporting.
• *FMCG, distribution, or retail experience strongly preferred.*
• Strong knowledge of sales analysis, pricing, profitability, gross margins, and P&L.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools is an added advantage.
• Professional qualifications such as CMA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA are an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business partnering skills.
