Junior Analyst – Revenue Accounting
1.Revenue Integrity & Reconciliation
End-to-End Monitoring: Monitor all stages of revenue generation from Order to Cash. Reconcile data between CRM, billing systems, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics to ensure accuracy and completeness. Validate that all active services and contracts are properly billed.
Audit & Analysis: Perform regular reconciliations and gap analyses of revenue streams to ensure consistency between operational data and financial records.
Tariff & Contract Validation: Regularly review published tariffs and customer contracts to ensure they are accurately configured in the billing systems and network elements.

2. Fraud Prevention & Risk Mitigation
Leakage Identification: Proactively identify, investigate, and remedy potential errors or "leakages" in the revenue cycle and Order to Cash Process.
Fraud Control: Design, implement, and document innovative processes and system enhancements to assess, manage, and prevent fraudulent activities.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate discrepancies in financial data and transactions to understand root causes; propose and document long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.

3. Process Optimization & System Design
System Integrity: Perform quality assurance testing on system changes and IT deployments that impact recording, processing, or charging of revenue events.
Innovative Solutions: Design structural and system-based solutions to reduce cycle times, minimize defects, and enhance departmental metrics.
Process Mapping: Document all revenue flows across critical functions and define areas for reactive data interrogation and proactive monitoring.

Technical Skills

Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial principles, revenue recognition standards, and billing cycles.
Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables) and experience with ERP systems.
Analytical Ability: Skilled in data interrogation and process mapping techniques.



Core Network Engineer
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support the upkeep of our core MPLS, IP, Metro Ethernet, and Data Centre networks.
Execute network infrastructure projects and new service deployments.
Provide Level 3 technical support for complex network incidents and outages.
Design and implement network solutions for enterprise and VIP customers.
Configure and maintain routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, RIP, and EIGRP.
Deploy and support MPLS L2VPN, L3VPN, VPLS, Metro Ethernet, DWDM, VPN, IPv6, QoS, and multicast services.
Manage CDN infrastructure including Google, Facebook, Netflix, Akamai, and Zscaler caches.
Support Internet Exchange Point (IXP) connectivity and global interconnections.
Perform preventive maintenance, monitoring, fault management, and capacity planning.
Create and maintain network documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
Assist pre-sales teams with technical solution design and customer proposals.
Possess strong working knowledge of DWDM technologies, including ROADM/FOADM architectures, optical amplifiers (EDFA/Raman), transponders/muxponders, optical channel layouts, and OTN/optical transport network principles.
Strong understanding of data center and cloud architecture concepts, including spine-leaf fabric design, virtualization and SDN, hybrid cloud connectivity .


Required Skills & Technologies

Strong experience with Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper networking platforms.
Expertise in MPLS, carrier Ethernet, IP routing, switching, VPNs, and telecom infrastructure.
Experience with telecom and ISP environments.
Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Knowledge of voice technologies such as ISDN, SIP, PBX, and Cisco Call Manager would be of added value.
