📌 Job Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media & databases 🔎
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth hiring processes 🗂️
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients 🤝
• Prepare reports, maintain applicant tracking, and update recruitment databases 🖥️
• Support in creating job postings and attracting the right candidates 🎯
• Ensure timely hiring and placement to meet client requirements ⏳

🎯 Requirements:
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a recruiter (consultancy experience is a plus) 🧑‍💼
• Strong skills in sourcing, screening & filtering candidates 🔍
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic 🗣️
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 💻
• Must hold a valid Visa 18 – Ahli (transferable) 🛂
• Immediate joining required 🚀
