Description

We are looking for a dynamic Accountant cum HR to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling both financial management and human resource functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and data entry.

Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Maintain records of expenses, budgets, and invoices.

Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.

HR Functions:

Manage employee records and HR documentation.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.

Support payroll management and attendance tracking.

Assist in performance evaluation and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in Accounting and HR roles (preferred).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices.

Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP, or related software.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
