Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Female Office Admin/Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both administrative duties and accounting tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintaining filing systems and documentation (physical and digital)
- Manage accounts payable/receivables, invoicing, and petty cash
-Prepare financial reports and maintaining accounts records
- Assist with HR and Payroll tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related field
-Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
-Transferrable visa preferred
Timing: 8.00 AM to 4.30 PM
