Description

As a Farm Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day activities at our farmhouse. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Supervising farm operations and ensuring smooth functioning
- Managing and coordinating with farm workers
- Implementing agricultural practices and techniques for optimal yield
- Monitoring crop health and implementing necessary measures

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

- Male/Female candidates below 45 years of age
- Completion of B.Sc or Diploma in Agriculture
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the agricultural field
- Freshers with a strong interest in agriculture are also encouraged to apply

Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Montréal, Canada is preferred.
