We are hiring an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage daily site activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site operations and workforce

Ensure quality control and safety compliance

Monitor project progress and prepare site reports

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Resolve on-site issues efficiently

Requirements:

3–5 years of construction supervision experience

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Strong knowledge of Kuwait construction regulations

Ability to read drawings

Transferable Visa (Article 18 preferred)
