A leading MEP construction company is looking for Planning and Cost Control Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP works using tools such as Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and financial reports.
• Track and control project costs to avoid overruns.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and analyze reports on project performance, including earned value analysis (EVA).
• Support tendering and bid preparation with planning and cost estimates.
• Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil).
• 6+ years of experience in planning and cost control
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS word and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction sequences. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
