Job Summary
The Call Center Executive is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, resolving queries, providing information about products/services, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, effective communication, and adherence to company policies.


Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
• Resolve complaints promptly and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotions as required.
• Support sales team by generating leads and providing customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM or database.
• Update customer details and transaction history regularly.
• Adhere to company call scripts, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of customer information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Report any trends, recurring complaints, or opportunities for improvement to supervisors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and performance.

Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in call center or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Arabic and English; additional languages a plus.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
• Patience, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle high call volumes.

Reporting & Performance
• Reports directly to Executive Assistant
• Performance is evaluated based on call handling efficiency, customer satisfaction, adherence to scripts, and meeting KPIs.
