Identify and contact potential clients interested in immigration, study abroad, or work permit programs.

Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility for immigration or visa programs (Canada, UK, Europe, etc.).

Explain immigration procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines clearly to clients.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, visa categories, and country-specific regulations.

Prepare and submit sales proposals or service agreements as per company standards.

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to achieve monthly sales targets.

Work closely with the processing and documentation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.

Attend training sessions, team meetings, and industry updates to enhance product knowledge.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Bangla, Nepalese, philipino.
