Education & Background:
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–5 years of customer service experience
Technical & Functional Skills:
• Handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails
• Log and manage tickets in CRM systems
• Follow established scripts, knowledge bases, and escalation procedures
• Process refunds and discounts as per company policy
• Update and verify information on food aggregators
• Assist with menu updates
Skills & Competencies:
• Analyze marketing impact on customer service tickets
• Track and report refund/discount trends and reasons
• Monitor repeat customer ratios across platforms
• Contribute to customer retention and churn reduction strategies
