📈 Experience Requirements:

🏆 8–10 years of experience in Customer Experience / Customer Service or a related field
👔 Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role

🔧 Strong knowledge of customer service operations, front office management & quality standards
👥 Excellent leadership, communication & team management skills
💻 Proficient in CRM systems, call center tools & performance reporting
📊 Strong problem-solving, analytical & decision-making abilities
