🧠 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and online orders through delivery apps (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.) πŸ“¦
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Arabic & English with customers and team members πŸ’¬
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment ⏱️
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and special requests politely and efficiently 🀝
• Update menu items, prices, and offers on delivery platforms as needed 🧾
• Maintain excellent customer relationships with a positive and friendly attitude 🌟

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or F&B online delivery preferred (freshers are welcome!) πŸŽ“
