Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.

Repair equipment, machinery, and facility components as needed.

Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and emergencies.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Assist in installing new machinery, fixtures, or building upgrades.

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Monitor inventory of tools and supplies, and report ordering needs.

Work collaboratively with contractors, vendors, and other maintenance staff.

Perform general building upkeep including painting, carpentry, cleaning, and groundskeeping.
