Location: Kuwait | Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC / Trading / Manpower Supply

Key Duties
• Executive support to GM — scheduling, follow-ups, correspondence
• Focal point for internal & external business coordination
• Travel & ticket booking for project staff
• Visa processing & mobilization for overseas hires
• Employee relations, grievances & leave management
• Induction & onboarding of new joiners
• Liaison with HR, Projects, Accounts, Admin, Sales, Marketing
• Maintain records, statutory files & HSE coordination

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree but not compulsory | 3–5 yrs in Admin/Executive Support (Oil & Gas preferred)
• Local residency transfers only.
• Strong MS Office & documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law & HR processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination & confidentiality.
