Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth execution of logistics and delivery processes.
🔹 Key Focus:
Resource optimization
Process adherence
Data accuracy
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily Statement of Work (SOW) for B2B clients and ensure all contract requirements are executed accurately
Handle specialized delivery processes and required documentation as per client agreements
Oversee daily operations in ERP (Odoo), ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Ensure all shipments, returns, and failed deliveries are updated in the system within 30 minutes
Monitor operational performance and support continuous improvement
🔹 Performance Target:
Reduce Time-to-Resolve for B2B client inquiries
Maintain zero data discrepancies between physical stock and Odoo records
🔹 Requirements:
Experience in logistics, delivery, or operations management
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
