Hiring: Product Development Chef (Hot Kitchen)

We’re looking for a creative Product Development Chef to develop new items for our hot kitchen at BEAR 🐻.
We need someone passionate about creating unique, premium-level recipes designed specifically for delivery-based menus (not dine-in or gourmet presentation).

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop new hot items such as burgers, chicken sandwiches (like Frisco-style), Philly steak, and other innovative creations.
• Create and refine recipes that fit BEAR’s identity and maintain top quality during delivery.
• Improve existing products and elevate their quality.
• Experiment with new ingredients, techniques, and flavor profiles.
• Document testing, feedback, and final recipes clearly.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in product development for hot kitchens.
• Must have portfolio or examples of products previously developed.
• Strong knowledge of meat, chicken, and sauce preparation.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented personality.

- Level: Premium Development
- Type: Part-time / Item Based - Contracting — based in Kuwait
- Focus: Delivery-only sandwiches menu (not dine-in or gourmet presentation).
