A leading exterior paints and décor company in Kuwait is seeking a qualified and experienced Inspection Supervisor / Quality Inspector to join our professional team.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in quality control, inspection procedures, and paint/construction works, ensuring all projects are executed with excellence and compliance to the highest standards. πŸ—οΈπŸŽ¨

🧠 Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and monitor paint and décor works to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications 🎯
• Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with the operations team for continuous improvement 🧰
• Conduct field tests, quality checks, and surface inspections πŸ§ͺ
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, technical records, and schedules πŸ“‹
• Identify defects or non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken βš™οΈ
• Communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and management to maintain quality and timely project delivery 🀝

• 2–4 years of experience in quality inspection or supervision within exterior paint or construction companies πŸŽ¨πŸ—οΈ

• Strong communication and report-writing skills
