Required for a reputable company: Accommodation Supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School or Diploma
- 3-5 years of actual experience in Kuwait in the same role.
- Proficient in English - Preferably bilingual
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and report generation
- Kuwait Local Hire only – Visa 18 or VIP
Job Description:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the employees’ accommodation/camp.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Allocate rooms to employees and maintain updated occupancy records.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair works, utilities, and facility upkeep.
- Arranging / Carry out plumbing and electrical repair works in the camp buildings as and when required.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Address employees’ accommodation-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain discipline and ensure proper use of camp facilities.
- Arrange water supply, waste disposal, and other essential services.
- Prepare periodic reports on camp occupancy, maintenance, and requirements.
The salary starts from 400 Kuwaiti Dinars, depending on experience.
