Description

To supervise and coordinate buffet and catering events from preparation through completion, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality service, customer satisfaction, proper staff coordination, and compliance with food safety and company standards.

Responsibilities
•Supervise buffet parties, corporate events, weddings, private functions, and other catering events.
•Coordinate with the kitchen and catering team regarding menu, food quantities, timing, and special requirements.
•Ensure the buffet area is properly arranged, clean, attractive, and ready before the event starts.
• Supervise catering staff, waiters, helpers, and service personnel during events.
•Allocate duties and prepare staff assignments according to event requirements.
•Ensure food is served on time and buffet items are continuously replenished.
•Monitor food presentation, temperature, portion control, and overall service quality.
•Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
•Monitor food wastage and ensure proper control of catering materials and equipment.

Salary- Negotiable

Qualifications
1.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in buffet catering, banquet, hospitality, or F&B operations is preferred.
2.Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Catering, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
3.Experience in supervising buffet parties and large catering events.
4.Good knowledge of buffet setup, food service, and event coordination.
5.Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
6.Good communication and customer-service skills.
7.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
8.Transferable Article 18 (Ahli) residency is preferred/required.
9.Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred.
10.English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage
