1. Develop, manage, and execute social media content calendars

2. Create engaging content (captions, graphics, videos) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook

3. Monitor trends and leverage them in real-time marketing

4. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community

5. Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports

6. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members for content needs

7. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns

8. Stay updated on social media best practices and platform updates

9. Collaborate on social campaigns for events, product launches, and brand awareness

10. Maintain brand tone and voice across all channels


Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
3. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
4. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and trends
5. Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar
6. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns
7. Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
8. Highly creative with attention to detail and time management
