HVAC DESIGN ENGINEER :
• Develop and Deliver Solutions
• Work with sales, procurement, and project teams to create solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide customized cooling, energy-saving, and air-quality improvement solutions.
• Design installation or upgrade plans for complex heat-transfer equipment.
• Customer Education & Relationship Building
• Explain the company’s solution consulting services to new and existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with local and international solution partners.
• Market & Product Improvement
• Study market trends and customer issues to improve solutions and explore new opportunities.
• Work with sales and procurement teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Support & Train Sales Team
• Train sales staff on solution consulting capabilities.
• Provide technical support, presentations, and proposal guidance.
• Project Coordination
• Track all solution consulting inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and quality delivery.
• Documentation
• Maintain records of drawings, case studies, and project documents.
• Share updates and insights with management.
• Support Company Vision
• Contribute to shifting the company from product-based sales to project-based solution providing.
• Drive initiatives that support this transformation.
Qualifications:
· B. S. Mechanical Engineering.
· Read and write (English or Arabic).
· 6 years experience minimum.
· Driver license.
QC Inspector :
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection & Quality Control:
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welding and fabrication processes for heat exchangers, pressure vessels & other heat transfer equipment.
Ensure compliance with ASME and other applicable standards for welding and fabrication.
Review and interpret Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ).
Review, suggest & Verify proper material identification, traceability, and compliance with engineering drawings and specifications in accordance with ASME Codes & standards.
Monitor pre-weld, during-weld, and post-weld processes, ensuring adherence to quality requirements in accordance with ASME Codes & standards.
Conduct and oversee NDT inspections (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT) as per project and customer requirements.
Identify and document non-conformities, root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate welding inspection records and prepare quality reports.
Ensure all quality control activities align with ASME standards, ISO 9001 requirements, and company procedures.
Verify and maintain welder qualification records.
Review and approve quality-related documents, including Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Material Test Reports (MTR), and NDT reports.
Assist in audits and ensure regulatory compliance with ASME and ISO 9001 certification standards.
Coordination & Communication:
Work closely with production, welding, and engineering teams to ensure quality compliance in manufacturing and servicing activities.
Coordinate with third-party inspectors, certification bodies, and customers for inspections and approvals.
Assist in root cause analysis for quality issues and implement process improvements.
Provide technical guidance to welders and technicians on quality-related matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
Certification: CSWIP 3.1 (mandatory), CSWIP 3.2 (preferred).
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in welding inspection, preferably in heat exchanger,
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of ASME codes, AWS D1.1, and NDT methods.
Familiarity with heat exchanger manufacturing processes.
Awareness of ISO 9001 quality management principles.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and welding procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of inspection-related software/tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in heat exchanger and pressure vessel manufacturing.
NDT Level II certification (PT, MT, UT, RT) is an advantage.
