Hi All,

We are hiring or Structural Engineer (Precast)

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Analysis

Prepare structural designs and calculations for precast concrete elements (slabs, beams, columns, wall panels, staircases, foundations, etc.).

Ensure designs comply with relevant international codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes) and project specifications.

Conduct structural analysis using software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla Structural Designer.

2. Precast Detailing & Drawings

Review and validate shop drawings, bar bending schedules, lifting details, and connection designs.

Coordinate with draftsmen for accurate reinforcement detailing and precast element layouts.

Provide design inputs for production drawings and erection plans.

3. Coordination & Technical Support

Collaborate with production, QA/QC, logistics, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

Attend client and consultant meetings to discuss design requirements and approvals.

Provide technical support during precast manufacturing and installation stages.

4. Quality & Compliance

Ensure structural designs meet safety standards, durability requirements, load criteria, and design life expectations.

Perform design checks, risk assessments, and value engineering proposals.

Verify compliance with local regulations and client specifications.

5. Project Execution

Participate in preparing project schedules, material specifications, and engineering documentation.

Monitor project progress related to design and deliverables.

Assist in troubleshooting onsite structural issues related to precast elements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Precast Concrete or related construction sectors.

Strong understanding of precast manufacturing processes, lifting techniques, and erection methodologies.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE).

Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, Revit (BIM preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
