We are hiring Senior Engineer who have experience in Precast

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer – Precast to lead and manage precast production, design coordination, and site execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in precast systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and quality across operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee precast production processes ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
Coordinate with design, planning, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Review and approve shop drawings, structural designs, and casting plans.
Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of precast elements.
Monitor and control project costs, materials, and resources.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and HSE regulations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and supervisors.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for project coordination.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
Minimum 8–15 years of experience in precast construction or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of precast systems, molds, reinforcement, and concrete technology.
Experience with shop drawings and design coordination.
Familiarity with international standards (ACI, BS, Eurocodes).
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla is an advantage).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large-scale precast projects (infrastructure, commercial, or industrial).
GCC experience is highly preferred.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
