Location: Kuwait Project: KNPC – Oil Spill Response Vacancies: 1 Minimum Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental / Mechanical / Chemical) from a recognized university. • Minimum 8 years of experience in environmental services. • Relevant experience in oil spill response activities within Refinery, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical advice on oil spill response tools, techniques and strategies. • Assess oil spill quantity, characteristics and severity. • Recommend appropriate containment and recovery methods. • Conduct oil spill response training for OSRTs and KNPC personnel. • Advise on bioremediation and environmental protection techniques. • Ensure compliance with HSE and applicable environmental regulations. • Prepare incident reports, activity charts and maintain spill records. • Coordinate with company departments and relevant authorities. Preferred Skills: • Strong technical and analytical skills. • Excellent report writing and communication skills. • Good command of English.
