We have vacancy for Mechanical and QC Engineer vacancy.

Below are the JD for both.

Quality Control Engineer – Precast Factory

Role Purpose:
Ensure all precast concrete products meet required quality standards through inspections, testing, and monitoring of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials and monitor casting, curing, and finishing of precast elements.

Conduct concrete tests (slump, temperature, density) and coordinate compressive strength tests.

Check dimensions, surface quality, and compliance with drawings/specifications.

Maintain QC records, test reports, NCRs, and checklists.

Identify non-conformities, lead root-cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASTM/BS/EN standards.

Support continuous improvement to reduce rejection rates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.

2–6 years’ experience in precast or concrete manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of concrete technology and QA/QC processes.

Skills:

Attention to detail, problem-solving, reporting skills, and ability to read technical drawings.

Strong communication and coordination in a fast-paced factory environment.

Mechanical Engineer – Precast Factory (Short JD)

Role Purpose:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize mechanical equipment and production machinery in the precast factory to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery (batching plant, mixers, cranes, molds, hydraulics, etc.)

Diagnose mechanical faults and resolve breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Support production teams with equipment setup, calibration, and performance improvements.

Oversee installation and commissioning of new machines and mechanical systems.

Maintain maintenance records, spare parts lists, and equipment logs.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in risk assessments.

Implement continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.

3–7 years’ experience in industrial or precast manufacturing plants.

Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, and mechanical systems.

Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

Good understanding of factory maintenance practices.

Ability to read mechanical drawings and coordinate with production teams.
