Description

We are looking for a Transformer Design Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in oil-filled power transformers and dry-type/cast-resin distribution transformers.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience in transformer design, load calculations, tender drawing review, BOQ and weight calculations.

Ability to prepare/check customer drawings and layouts based on electrical design.

Exposure to 132 kV class / 50 MVA transformers.

Knowledge of pressure and vacuum stress analysis.

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Autodesk Inventor.

Knowledge of transformer design software is required.
