Operations Manager – Currency Exchange Company**

A leading *Currency Exchange Company* is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced *Operations Manager* to oversee daily operations and ensure full compliance with financial policies and regulations.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

* Supervise all branch operations and ensure efficient and professional workflow.
* Ensure the implementation of compliance policies and AML/CFT regulations.
* Develop operational plans and procedures to enhance service quality.
* Monitor performance levels, analyze results, and provide regular reports to senior management.
* Coordinate with regulatory and banking entities regarding operational matters.
* Lead and develop the operations team while ensuring adherence to professional standards.

### *Required Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of *3 years* of experience in the currency exchange or financial services sector, including *2 years* in a supervisory or managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of compliance standards and local financial regulations.
* Excellent planning, team management, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in currency exchange systems and operational management software.
