We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and keep operations running smoothly.

✨ Responsibilities:
• 📊 Handle daily sales & incoming reports
• 💰 Track income vs. expenditures (basic accounting)
• 📦 Manage inventory checks & cost tracking
• 🖥️ Oversee restaurant systems & operations
• 📲 Manage delivery platforms (Talabat, Keeta, Deliveroo, Jehez, etc.)
o Add new items, edit existing ones
o Manage modifiers & options
• 👥 Schedule manpower & shifts
• 🔍 Monitor overall restaurant performance

✅ Requirements:
• Experience in restaurant management or hospitality
• Strong leadership & communication skills (English & Arabic)
• Knowledge of accounting, inventory, and food safety
• Familiarity with delivery platforms & restaurant systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
