JOB DESCRIPTION:
A. Accounting & Operations
-> Support month-end and year-end closing, including: GL scrutiny, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations
-> Intercompany adjustments and cost allocations
-> Monitor data integrity, proper cut-offs, and accruals during closing cycles
-> Prepare and maintain audit-ready schedules for external/internal reviews

B. ERP Implementation (Functional Lead)
->Act as the ERP Finance Champion, working with external consultants, IT team, and end-users
Lead UAT, functional testing, and end-user documentation for modules including: General Ledger (GL)
-> Accounts Payable (AP)
-> Accounts Receivable (AR)
-> Fixed Assets (FA)
-> Inventory & Costing

Educational & Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, or Finance (Required)
• Additional qualification like Masters, CMA preferred but not mandatory

Work Experience:
5–8 years (or more) of relevant experience in:

-> Functional ERP implementation (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft D365, etc.)
-> GL accounting operations
-> Month-end closing processes
-> Master data governance
-> Financial reporting compliance
