Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Food Sales Staff member ready to join in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service at all times.
2. Assist customers with orders, product information, and recommendations.
3. Handle cash transactions, POS operations, and maintain accurate records.
4. Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, and restocked when needed.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
6. Coordinate with the Kitchen, Packaging and Pastry team to ensure smooth order preparation.
7. Follow company procedures, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
8. Report customer feedback, issues, or missing items to the Operation Supervisor.
9. Support sales promotions, upselling, and product marketing when required.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in food sales, retail or customer service is an advantage.
2. Must be able to communicate in English, Arabic language is a plus.
3. Ability to work under pressure and handle busy hours.
4. Familiarity with POS systems.
5. Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong work ethic.
6. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
