Payroll Processing
Employee Relations
Training
Employee Life Cycle
Conflict Management
HR Administration
Renewal of employees residencies, health card, bank card, passport
Recruitment Local and Overseas
Handling day to day employee grievances
Developing and Implementation of Policies and Procedures
ISO
Internal Auditing
Handling staff camp
KPI and SOP
Checking on attendance, personal hygiene and grooming

Call Center Agent - Arab National or Non Arabs Raised in Kuwait
Rotation Duty - Morning and evening
Order management
Adhering to KPI
Handling delivery staff and exceeding the expectation of customer
Hands on experience on Order management system

African Labors - project Visa holders / Factory visa holders are also acceptable
