Comprehensive Security System
for the Central Laundry

1) System Protection (CleanCloud Security)
- Restricting access to the General Manager only.

- Disabling the ability for all employees to delete invoices.

- Disabling the ability to modify invoices after they have been saved.

- Activating and reviewing the Activity Log daily.

- Preventing any employee from changing prices or discounts.

2) Cash and Payment Protection
- End-of-day reconciliation between the cashier and the system.

- Any financial discrepancies are charged directly to the cashier.

- Preventing the cash drawer from being opened without a payment.

- Documenting each payment (Cash/KNET) in the system only.

3) Item and Barcode Protection
- No item is accepted without immediate entry into the system.

- No item is delivered without a clear barcode.

- Verifying the invoice against the item before delivery.

- Mandatory photographing of delicate items before washing.

4) Inventory Protection
- An independent inventory manager, separate from the cashier and supervisor.

- Weekly inventory count (soap, bags, labels). - Record and store every purchase order.

- Prevent the dispensing of materials without a written order.

5) Driver and Delivery Protection - Items are delivered to the driver only through the system.

- Customer signature upon delivery via phone.

- Order is closed in the system immediately upon delivery.

- Drivers are prohibited from carrying items not entered into the system.

6) Internal Management Protection - Passwords are held by the manager only.

- Administrators are prevented from modifying each other's permissions.

- The system is shut down after working hours.

- Passwords are changed every 3 months.

7) Early Detection of Tampering (Indicators) - An abnormal increase in unpaid orders.

- Missing items or barcode discrepancies.

- Daily cash discrepancies.

- Customer complaints about non-conforming items.

- Orders deleted without reason.

- Frequent price changes.

8) General Manager's Daily Tasks - Review the Activity Log.

- Reconcile cash.

- Review overdue orders.

- Review employee performance.

- Shut down the system and audit permissions.
