1️⃣ Customer Service Agent – Online Operations

Lebanese preferred | Inside Kuwait only

Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, chat & email

Manage orders, complaints, refunds & follow-ups

Requirements: 2+ yrs experience, Arabic/English, problem-solving skills

2️⃣ Quality Controller

Inspect products, ensure quality & follow SOP

Report daily and verify orders before dispatch

Requirements: QC/F&B experience preferred, detail-oriented, English/Arabic a plus

3️⃣ Social Media Specialist

Create content, photos & videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook

Manage posts, engagement & paid campaigns

Requirements: 2–3 yrs experience, English required, Arabic a plus, editing & photography skills

4️⃣ Data Entry Operator

Update products, stock, prices & promotions

Ensure accurate data in English/Arabic

Requirements: 1–3 yrs experience, attention to detail, fast typing, Excel/Sheets skills
