We are seeking a reliable Secretary / Document Controller for a temporary leave replacement. Responsibilities include managing documents, handling correspondence, organizing files, and supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, organize, and update project and office documentation.
• Maintain files in accordance with company standards and document control procedures.
• Support the team with general office and clerical tasks.
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative or document control roles
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Available for the full replacement period
Work Location: MPW, Ardiya.
Duration: Approximately for two Months.
Joining status: Immediately.
