Description

We are looking for an experienced Website Manager to manage, update, and optimize our WordPress and Shopify websites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, e-commerce experience, and a good understanding of website performance, SEO basics, and content management.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites

Upload and update products, images, prices, and descriptions

Ensure website content is accurate, updated, and well-organized

Monitor website performance, speed, and functionality

Coordinate with designers and marketing team for banners, landing pages, and promotions

Manage plugins, themes, and basic troubleshooting

Ensure mobile responsiveness and good user experience

Handle basic SEO tasks such as meta titles, descriptions, and URLs

Monitor orders, payment gateways, and website integrations

Maintain website security and backups

Requirements:

Proven experience managing WordPress and Shopify websites

Knowledge of product listing, categories, and collections

Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices

Ability to handle website updates independently

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console

Knowledge of speed optimization and UI/UX improvements

Familiarity with ERP or inventory system integration

Basic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools)

Employment Type:
Full-time (9:00 AM to 7:00PM) one-hour break and Friday Off
