Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle services, repairs,
• Maintain digital and paper filing systems.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries.
• Liaise with mechanics, technicians, and workshop supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Allocate jobs and track status to meet deadlines.
• Update systems with diagnostic notes, repair actions, and parts used.
• Monitor stock levels of parts, tools, and consumables.
• Verify goods received and maintain accurate inventory logs.
• Ensure all vehicles and workshop operations meet legal and safety requirements.
• Maintain traffic inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
Skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy workshop environment
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
