Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced MarTech Expert to support clients across Kuwait and the GCC. The role focuses on implementing, managing, and optimizing marketing technology platforms while enabling performance-driven, data-led marketing execution.
This role requires strong hands-on execution, client-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and platforms simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
MarTech Delivery
● Manage and optimize MarTech stacks across different industries.
● Lead Martech setup, onboarding, and optimization during new engagements.
● Act as the technical MarTech lead on pitches, audits, and transformation projects.
CRM & Marketing Automation
● Implement and manage CRM and marketing automation platforms for clients (Netcore, Webengage, Clevertap, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Marketo, Braze, or similar).
● Configure lead flows, pipelines, segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and automation.
● Support sales enablement and lead management for client teams.
Analytics, Tracking & Attribution
● Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking.
● Ensure accurate attribution across paid media, email, web, and CRM.
● Build dashboards and performance reports for internal teams and clients.
Campaign & Performance Enablement
● Support digital, performance, and CRM campaigns across email, paid media, social, and web.
● Enable personalization, A/B testing, and advanced targeting.
● Troubleshoot technical issues impacting campaign performance or reporting.
Client & Stakeholder Management
● Act as a MarTech point of contact.
● Translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
● Collaborate with account managers, performance teams, creatives, and external vendors.
Required Qualifications
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
Experience
● 4–8 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, or Marketing Operations.
● Proven experience working with multiple teams and platforms simultaneously.
● Experience serving companies in Kuwait or the GCC is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
● CRM & Automation: Netcore, Webengage, Clevertap, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Marketo, Braze, or similar
● Analytics & Tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion APIs
● CMS & Web: WordPress, Webflow, or similar
● Data & Integration: APIs, system integrations, basic SQL (preferred)
● AdTech & Performance Tools: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn (strong advantage)
Soft Skills & Agency Fit
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Comfortable in client-facing and fast-paced agency environments
● Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
● Commercial mindset with focus on results and efficiency
● Strong documentation and process ownership
Kuwait Market–Specific Requirements
● Transferable residency (Article 18) preferred
● Willingness to work on-site and attend meetings
● Experience working with local brands, government entities, or regional clients
● Understanding of data privacy, consent, and regional compliance expectations
