Description

Design & Engineering
• Design and plan layouts for HVAC equipment, ducting, and piping systems.
• Develop HVAC designs from concept to detailed construction drawings.
• Perform application engineering: load calculations, sequence of operations, refrigeration, acoustics, and temperature control.
• Prepare detailed project cost estimates.
• Review and approve contractor bids, submittals, and change requests.
Project Execution & Coordination
• Support project execution through field engineering, trade coordination, approvals, scheduling, and document control.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure installation quality.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
• Plan, supervise, and execute testing and commissioning of VRF systems.
• Lead pre-commissioning checks: pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, electrical inspections.
• Perform system start-up, functional testing, and performance validation.
• Manage snag closure and system handover.
Commercial & After-Sales Support
• Support AMC sales during commissioning.
• Advise clients on maintenance and system best practices.
• Coordinate AMC handovers with service and sales teams.
