Description

We are hiring a Smart Security sales & Installation Technician to support showroom sales and execute site installations for Smart Security solutions (CCTV, Smart Locks, Access Control, Intercom, Networking basics, and electrical low-voltage works). This role combines sales + technical installation + after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
A) Showroom Sales & Customer Handling
• Welcome customers, understand requirements, and recommend suitable solutions (CCTV, smart lock, door access, intercom, sensors, electrical items).
• Demonstrate products in the showroom and explain features, warranty, and usage.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and basic system proposals (camera count, storage, coverage, lock type, accessories).
• Follow up leads (WhatsApp/phone), close sales, and coordinate delivery/installation schedule.
• Upsell accessories and services (HDD, UPS, cable, lock cylinders, brackets, maintenance contracts).

B) Site Survey & Installation
• Conduct basic site surveys (coverage, cable routing, power points, Wi-Fi/network checks).
• Install, test, and commission:
o CCTV (IP/analog), NVR/DVR, camera mounting, configuration, remote viewing setup
o Smart locks (electric lock, hotel lock, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth), door sensor alignment, user setup
o Low-voltage cabling, trunking, basic electrical connection as required
• Handover to customer with clear instructions and quick training.
• Maintain installation quality, neat cable management, and safety standards.

C) Troubleshooting & After-Sales
• Attend service calls, diagnose faults, replace accessories, and close issues quickly.
• Coordinate warranty claims and maintain service records.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business/referrals.
D) Stock / Documentation / Coordination
• Maintain basic stock movement for assigned items (issue/return, serial numbers if needed).
• Keep installation checklists, customer handover forms, and job completion reports.
• Coordinate with supplier/manager for technical support and spare parts needs.

Requirements & Skills:
• 2+ years experience in CCTV / smart locks / low voltage installation or similar.
• Basic knowledge of networking (IP addressing, router, Wi-Fi, remote viewing apps).
• Ability to do sales conversation and close deals (showroom behavior is a must).
• Reminder: Must be comfortable with site work (lifting ladders, drilling, fixing).
• Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Kuwait driving license (preferred) or willingness to travel with team.
• Honest, punctual, presentable for showroom, and customer-friendly.

KPIs (Performance Measures)
• Monthly sales achieved (value + margin).
• Installation completion on time with minimum rework.
• Number of service call-backs (quality measure).
• Customer satisfaction / repeat orders.
• Lead follow-up discipline.
