Description

We are looking for Junior Account Cum office secretary, locally from Kuwait only. With transferable residency (preferably – INDIAN)

• Should have Bachelors Degree
• 4 to 5 years Experience in the similar field
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks)
• Good Written and verbal communication skills
• Assist with daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and related reports
• Maintain proper filling financial records
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendar
• Prepare invoices, reports, letters and basic presentations
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients and internal staff
• Manage office supplies and inventory
