Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage

Track costs and prepare cost analysis reports

Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams

Ensure compliance with inventory procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong analytical and reporting skills

F&B inventory management experience

Attention to detail and organizational skills
