Job Description:
A fast-growing fintech company offering a secure and innovative digital wallet solution is seeking two female Sales Executives (1 Indian & 1 Filipino) to promote and expand its digital payment services among customers and merchants in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell digital wallet services to customers and merchants
• Onboard new users and merchants onto the digital payment platform
• Present product features, benefits, and promotional offers
• Assist customers with mobile app installation and provide basic support
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
• Conduct field sales activities, activations, and promotional campaigns
• Build and maintain strong customer and merchant relationships
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
Candidate Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• Nationality: 1 Indian & 1 Filipino
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience in Banking, Fintech, Telecom, FMCG, or related sales roles
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficient in using smartphones and mobile applications
• Willingness to work in field sales and customer-facing roles
• Transferable visa preferred
