Description

Basraa is looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Staff member to promote our delivery services, acquire new business clients, and build strong relationships with merchants across Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients, including restaurants, retail shops, businesses, and other merchants.
• Present Basraa’s delivery services, pricing, and business solutions to prospective clients.
• Generate new business leads through market research, field visits, calls, and online outreach.
• Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients and follow up to convert leads into active accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new merchants.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable delivery solutions.
• Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, leads, and follow-ups.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Perform any other sales-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term business relationships.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Willingness to meet clients and travel within Kuwait.
• Previous experience in the delivery, logistics, restaurant, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.

Working Hours
~ 10 hours per day, including break.
~ Friday – Weekly Off.
~ Working schedule may vary depending on operational requirements.

Salary: KWD 250–400 per month. Depending on experience and qualifications.
